It's hard to believe that ten years ago, Brian and I started Belanger Books because we wanted to create a publishing company that only published books that we wanted to read. Ten years and over 160 books later, we are now the largest publisher of new Sherlock Holmes books in North America!!! Sherlock Holmes: Holiday Whodunnits
An advent calendar of all new Sherlock Holmes mysteries! The stories are designed to be read over the holiday season (i.e. from December 1st to December 26th). Beyond the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes Volume I
Beyond the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes was one of the first anthologies that Brian and I edited together. It is a three volume collection of sequels to the stories in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. These are traditional Sherlock Holmes adventures, and this anthology gives readers a good idea of the type of book Brian and I wanted to publish when we started Belanger Books.
The Novels of Solar Pons: Terror Over London and Mr. Fairlie's Final Journey
One of the achievements that Brian and I are most proud of is bringing the original Solar Pons back into print and, for the first time ever, as eBooks. Much of the credit goes to author David Marcum who restored the original books after writing his own Solar Pons collection, The Papers of Solar Pons. The Novels of Solar Pons is collection of the two Solar pons novels contains Terror Over London, the Pons adventure which contains the two characters from which came our Praed Street Irregulars (PSI) investiture names. A huge thank you to Dr. George Vanderburgh for investing us into the PSI.
Curse of the Deadly Dinosaur (The MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes)
The first book series Brian and I created was The MacDougall Twins with Sherlock Holmes. We wanted to create an illustrated series to introduce young readers to the Sherlock Holmes character. The first two adventures were published by MX Publishing. Deadly Dinosaur was our final (at least for now) book in the series, but it is also a great starting point.
